| 130/120 Club? | ||

| This is driving me nuts! I have 1-2 pounds to go until I'm in the 120s. I need to get out of the 130s! Ahh...and i'm at a freaking plateau. | ||

SAME HERE BACKTOBASICS!!
I've been 130.8 every mornign this week. and if i weigh myself any other time of the day with clothes on i'm 132.8. I HATE that. |

| Hi, I'm new to the site, and quickly chose this group because today I hit 130 pounds. YIKES. I am 16 years old, 5'2, small framed, and 130 pounds. My lowest weight at my height is 100 pounds, and the highest was 140. The problem for me is that no matter how much I excercise, I continue to gain weight becuase I take medication for OCD that causes me to gain weight. There is no other alternative for this medication and no way that I would stop taking it. In the past, I have had medication issues that both caused me to gain and lose (becuase in one year, I went from 110 to 140 and the down to 100). I feel that my situation is hopeless, and I really need some guidance and help losing my weight healthily. I hope that by May I can get down to 120 (since I weighed 120 about 4 months ago YIKES). Please help me! I am desperate. | ||

um can i take part in this? im a genuine loser i finally got to 129 on saturday then tuesday i threw it all to hell with a 5000 cal binge! then i binged again today! I'm 132 now and im desperate for some type of accountability. My goal is 120 and I'm hoping that this site can help me stick to my goal, and get me there by May.

Hi everyone!
Can I join too? I am currently at 139 pounds (I am 5'4) and would like to be at 125. I am hoping to be able to get there by the end of June....I figure 14 pounds in 3 months is pretty reasonable. I go to the gym about 5 times a week right now...I think it is just a matter of cutting back on calories. Does 1500 calories a day seem reasonable? That is pretty much where I am at right now....between 1400 and 1500 calories, usually 60% carbs, 25% protein, and 20% fat according to the nutritional analysis on this site. Hopefully this works and I wish everyone luck in their journey! |

| Hey, mind if I join in too? xD. I'm currently at 131, but my goal weight is 120. I've always had a bad relationship with food (I'm currently 18), buut I'm hoping to straighten that out in order to become healthier and just to feel better about myself in general. | ||

Hi Ladies, I am a new-comer. I am also in my low 130-s, but I am looking to loose 5 pounds. I am pretty thin in my arms and legs, but I have a big tummy. I think my 5 pounds are sitting right there. I tried lots of things but I can not get rid of the tummy fats. What do I do? Angy |

I'm 5'9 and my magic # is 128 for me. Right now I am 139. I just am getting rid of my winter weight.
I guess I'm part of the club. I just hate my bod right now. ICK. |

You all probably got the same email as I did: Calorie Counter got bought by Everyday Health Network which in turn is run by Waterfront Media. I read over their privacy statement and frankly, I don't like the whole thing. Calorie Counter was a part of my everyday life and I loved monitoring all your progresses and hear your stories. I sincerely hope that the purchase of CC does not affect the way it is run. This site has been my saving grace over the past two months. I have managed to lose almost 20 lbs that I have been unsuccessfully trying to get rid of for four years. I plan on staying until things start becoming less user-friendly. I have made wonderful friends as well. Did anyone else get this e-mail. I didn't get it and I would really like to read it over. If anyone else got it and could forward it to me, I'd appreciate it! I didn't get that email either. I don't like the sounds of it though. I feel like whenever I find something I really like its just a matter of time before it changes in some undesireable way.
Liz, good luck and thanks much for all of the time you put into this club. We'll miss you!! I've been very off the wagon lately. I feel like if I let myself have one weekend where I dont care about what I eat, it's very hard to get back into the swing of things. I haven't been counting or eating healthy foods and i've been over eating every day. So this weigh in is a huge disappointment, but what I need to whip myself back into shape. Last week: 126.5 this week: 129.5 gained 3 lbs.... |
