Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

I was 190 on Saturday.  Today I'm 189.5.

    Hey guys was getting asked alot lately if their will be any rewards for this with the person losing the most weight? Im going to ask you guys for suggestions cause I was never planning any reward system on here other than our weightloss mainly because im not sure what we could do? Any ideas? Let me know

      I don't own a pair of scales.  I have issues.  lol  I can't stop weighing myself, and then I get discouraged! cR@zy I know.  But my Dr.'s appt is on Monday and I'll start posting my progress then. I'll pop in there once a week & get weighed. Thanks!  Keep up the good work everybody!!!!!!  :)

    Hello. Decided to post my weigh-in here also, otherwise kind of confusing for vthompson to find us all. Thanks for doing this btw.

    My start weight was 196lbs on 30th June. My weight this morning is 194lbs. Loss of 2lbs. Very happy, as I broke the 14stones barrier. :-)

    Have kept below 1500 cals all week, but relaxing a bit on Fri & Sat evenings. Have felt too tired to do much training, but am going to gym today and cycling to see Tour De France tomorrow! Also ordered a Gym ball from Amazon.

    About now is when I usually loose interest in diets, but overall Ive lost 6 lb so far and am starting to feel more space in my clothes.

    I can't believe I lost that much, especially since My TOM just finished and I though you gained during that. 

    Kept under 1500 most of the week, except on friday night when I had a chinese with my family, I didn't go too much over though, the exercise must be working!

    I didn't work out on Wed or Thursday due to the holiday (family stuff) and then travel for work. I upped my excersize two days to 1 hour as opposed to 45 min. to try and compensate. Hopefully next week I can stay on track and loose more!!!
