I sort of hope it rains today.  It is very muggy, sticky, and humid.  Don't they all mean the same thing?  It just seems right to use them all anyway.  Lol  

Nonsense Chris...you seem so versatile and active I can't believe you'd be bad at jump roping.  You amaze me with all the exercise you fit into your day.  And Don over there...being able to do AM stuff before work...jeez!  :)

lol im not very cordinated(sp) i fall over everything, i did do some fake jumprope with my aerobics this morning, lol as close as i will get!!

i'm alive! haha i am in crazy end of the year (and end of college career) study mode. midterm in an hour (yea i should be studying), 10 page paper due tuesday (haven't started) and a project due wednesday. holy shit! so sorry but cardio just isn't happenin this week. well i might get up the energy to swing by the gym tonight but we'll see. i did walk last night but that doesnt count so bleh.

just wanted to know about the calorie posting -

do we post what (calories) we'd like to achieve daily, or is there somewhere on this site that the system TELLS us how many calories to eat ??  (if there is ... pls tell me where to find)

sorry for being 'blonde' .... kind of do that frequently ;-)

Also .... I'm SO sorry guys ... I'm letting you down on the cardio ... I really have had a lot of pain in the bottom of my feet since walking the 75 min last week (too much too soon I guess) .....  also my daughter is playing softball 3x/week now ..... church last night ..... too many excuses, but true :-(

I'm LOSING though .... that will help the team !!

ok the calorie intke is ur personal goal, im thinking its gonna be used for next weeks challenge just a guess though!!!

also CC does give u help in figuring this as well, when u input ur personal info it says recommended calorie intake or go to TOOLS and than ALLOWENCE  and it will calculate for you, hope that helps!!!

thought id share this article with everyone a friend sent it to me a tip from denise austin....

After all, what do you think works better, five minutes of crunches a day or 16 hours of holding your abs in? Not that crunches don't work ? they do ? but you'll get faster, better results by improving your posture, too. Try this trick: When you sit and stand, imagine there's a string attached to the top of your head pulling your whole body up. See how your hips automatically tuck under and your tummy sucks in? For comparison, slump down and see how your stomach pooches out. If you don't have good posture now, it will take a while to "train" your body how to sit and stand correctly. But keep it up and soon it will become second nature. There you go ? you look great!

Ok I just want to let you guys know that I am sorry, but I know that I am letting the team down this week hard core.  But I am making a promise to all of you to start freash again tomorrow.  So all I am asking is for a second chance at this. 

I have a real problem.  I do really good for like 3-4 weeks then I suck for like 2.  But holidays and what not just kill me.  I don't know. 

So I will probably gain this week...(I have been too afraid to get on the scale)  I haven't had anytime for exercise.  But I also promise to make time.

awwwwwwwww hun its ok i do the same thing 3 or 4 weeks and then BAM chicken wings and margaritta sound YUMMY!!!!  But this time i have almost finished my 7th week, every time i got to eat something i think is this part of my "ultimate goal", when i dont wanna work out i think "man its all worth it!!"

and AMAXPO come here and post daily with your frustrations and urges it help so much!!!!!  I also go look at people profiles cause i think dang if they can do it i know i can too!!!!

Woop...sloucher over here too!  Ah, so that explains why this belly appears so big.  I was blaming the beer!  Lol  Just kidding. 
Amaxpo-I think the holidays are the hardest for the majority of us.  I really screwed up over the weekend myself.  It is very hard to stay in check all the time.  Let's face it, it's a rare thing to see someone be good ALL the time.  If many of us had that in us all by ourselves we wouldn't need this place.  We wouldn't need to count calories, we wouldn't need the extra support. 

As one of our buddies on a different forum always tells me/us...if you have 3 good weeks and 2 bad weeks at least your good outnumber your bad and so long as the outnumbering gets better and better you're still heading in the right direction. 

Remember to try all this in little steps Amax.  If you can't do a half hour of cardio, do 5 minutes.  If you can't drink 3 liters of water, try drinking one....little steps make it easier to move up to slightly bigger steps and then even bigger and the next thing you know, you are making leaps!!!  It all takes time and motivation.  We are your motivators for when you need it!!!
I did 15 minutes of jump roping (finally) and let me tell you, that was HARD!  Then 15 minutes of badminton.  I plan on doing some weights tonite too.  I might use them while on the treadmill, haven't quite decided yet.  It did end up raining so badminton was on wet grass.  Plus side:  not so sticky anymore.  :)

i did 30 min on bike and 30 min on gazelle 

i need to mow the yard tonigt too cause its suppose to rain the next 2 days which would count as cardio as well, i mow fast!!!  i have a big ole yard too ugh!!!!!!!!  so if i muster up he ebergy in the next 5 min ill go mow and come back and post!!!  prolly another 60 min if i do it!!

I just had a wonderful spa day with my mom.oh my it was aaahhhhhhhhhhh. . I did go to the gym though.

60 minutes for me.

okay i don't know what to put as my calorie goal. it keeps changing! I'm zigzagging so i'm not sure what to say. I have a feeling next week's challenge is going to be another one that means I have no chance of succeeding at it.

Added another half hour for my weights.  I did a 30 min.stretch on the treadmill and as Tess nicely put it, for me!  :)

I put what CC says I should consume to see a lose w/out added exercise.  The allowance (?).
but i don't have an ideal caloric goal per day! I could say 1400 but some days i'll be at 1300, sometimes 1500. and if she makes a challenge that we stay w/in like 10% of our caloric goal or soemthing I'm screwed no matter what i put
ok say 1500!!!!  u highest of r zigzag!!!!   works for me  : -)

ok i didnt do the yard........i was too tired!!!  sorry al i tried for an extra hour or so..............., but hopefully i will get that added bonus before the challenge is over we have had so much rain!!!!!
