| Who wants to lose 10 lbs by Christmas? | ||

| Hey guys, are any of you interested in losing 10 lbs by Christmas w/ me? I'm thinking weigh in day will be Friday, and losing 10 lbs by Dec. 25 is pretty reasonable, about a pound a week. If you're interested post your stats. Anyone is welcome. =D | ||

Weigh in #4: Age: 56 Height: 5'1" GW: 135 (for Christmas) Weigh in #1: 145 Weigh in #2: 142 - current wk 3 lbs. Weigh in #3: 141.5 - current wk .5 lbs. total loss 3.5 lbs. Weigh in #4: 140 - current wk 1.5 lbs. total loss 5 lbs. 5 lbs. to go by Christmas. After twisting my ankle, I've had to stop any exercise that involve my legs, so I'm being extra careful with my calories. |

I'm a bit late.. but I can try to lose 5- 8 lbs by Christmas.. Weigh in # 1 : 130 lbs Goal (for Christmas) : 122 - 125 lbs Good work everyone!! You guys are doing great so far! Edit : I realised its just a little more than a month to Christmas (thought it was 2 months!!) so I'm changing my goal weight loss and GW. |

| ok i havent' been doing that great. SW: 197 CW: 196.6 I gained some last week so I am finally getting it off and getting back on track. I'm still aiming for 185 by new years, so about 187 by christmas. Still doable! | ||

week one: 148.6 week two: 146.8 today: 148.2 oops. i went the wrong way this week. i think i only followed my proper calorie intake 3 days. so i guess i had it coming to me. starting again though with a new week. i will be strong this week! you are all doing great. keep up the good work. |

Well, it's the end of week two. I am down 4 pounds. I went from 146 to 142 (I'm 5'6"). We have ten more days to the half way mark and I am almost half way to goal. So it has been a good pace. I have been doing the You eating plan, plus I went to a spinning class and did the Elliptical three times this week, for an hour each. I am going to increase the exercise next week. I am also going to plan ahead for Thanksgiving so that it's not an eating frenzie. |
