Good morning H4L and happy hump day!!!!!!
I was bummed yesterday when I got home cause I jumped on the scale and I wasn't happy at all. I gained 2 lbs. Really just put me into a slump but I guess the long weekend and hangin out got to me more than I thought (in other words to much alcohol followed by eating) So I have to work extra hard the next few days to hit my #'s.
So hit the gym this morning. I plan on doing some more when I get home today

Cant see ur pics don do u have them set to private?? Also drink lots and lots of water today and tomorrow night help out with the 2pound gain!!
im sleepy and congested UGHHHHHH i hope i can get a workout in today!!
dang how do some of u do it, not get on the scale a week, i have to do it everytime im in the bathroom!!!!! im a nut : )

hey chris. i'm around. have essentially zero to do here at work so i'm playin online :) I'm still tryin to figure out what to do w/ my cals so I can start losing the weight again! how is your day going?
good i am bored its nasty and rainy here i have lack of motivation!!!!! i need to go do my cardio but i dont wanna my couch is really comfy today....lol i want something to do!!!!!

i wish i had soem time to get cardio in. If I do end up w/ tiem to go, I'm too exhausted. It is nice and sunny though. I will be walking all over downtown tonight but apparently that won't count as "cardio" (whatever that word means now) so sorry I won't be adding any minutes for us!

MEMO: okay, guys I know this is kind of last minute but I will be going to Atlanta, GA on Monday June 4th. I will be able to post the winners of the weigh in on Sunday. But I'm pretty sure that I will not have access to the internest the whole time that I am there. (June 4- June 10th). I was just wondering if you guys would mind if I posted the winners on MOnday, the 11th, instead of the 10th? The weight and challenge numbers would still be due by no later than Saturday though. How is everyone today?? i actually got some sleep last night for the first time in i cant tell u how long!!!!!! i feel great this morning, cant wait to start on some cardio......
snuck a peek on the scale this morning it said 203!!! I hope it sticks, but it is a just a couple of days till TTOM so plzzzzzzzzzz let it stick!!!!! at least til weigh in!!!
gj VAL volleyball is a serious workout!! and it is fun!!! i bet u are sore!!
I cant believe tomorrow is june 1st!!! 5 more days and i will be 32 woah where did the years goooooooooo????

Didn't get a chance to add more to yesterdays #'s but I was able to put in 55 min today. swwweeeetttt. Didn't get much sleep last night but still made it down to the gym at odark:30 and I feel great. Send me out some good vibes so I don't crash around 10 AM California time. LOL
