Finale Weigh-In: Monday, Sept 1st, Labor Day: A day of rest from work, you can pat yourself on the back for the good you've done for your own body this summer~!
Set a reasonable goal that you think you can achieve with making better eating choices, exercising beyond your regular daily activities, drinking more water, counting calories.. however you want, as long as it's a good, healthy way to lose weight. Get started today!

Missed goal but I am not disappointed. Earlier in the week I was 4 lbs heavier due to fluid retention., and almost 2 lbs higher yesterday morning. Am hoping this is new equilibrium point that weight loss can be measured from. Am sticking to eating and exercise plan and trying not to let these fluctuations get to me!

I only hit half my goal, but considering the plateau I have been at all summer, it could have been worse. I'm hoping that it will break soon, so I'm off to join the holiday challenge. Great work everyone and best of luck as we all continue our weightloss journey

Well, I didn't meet my goal (it was a strict one) but I won't argue with 8 pounds lost. I would have done better but I stopped focusing on my diet to help move my sisters to college and then my cat (19.5 years old) had to be taken to the hospital and it looks like he's approaching the end of his time here. All in all I think I've done fairly well considering....
