Okay time for a new challenge, maybe one that does not close. Have you noticed how hard it is to find a challenge that isn’t closed. There will be a winner every week that will be determined by percentage of weight loss. And the winner gets the admiration of all the fellow competitors
Weigh-ins are on Friday, but I will accept weights as late as Sunday. Starting next week you will need to have your weight in by Sunday evening to qualify for the awesome prizes. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Please do not edit your previous post each week, with so many participants it is difficult to go back and find everyone. Go ahead and post a new message or email me with your updates. Also feel free to post more then just your stats. Use this space to encourage others and ask questions you may have.

It was a good week. I started jogging in intervals so that's little more cardio. This week I'm done 2.8lbs. I'm trying to average 2lbs. a week but I'll take more. |

| May 16th weigh in is 141 lb. no loss again or no gain so thats good at least. Major plateau though ...... I've been at 141 for waaay tooo long. I've been changing my exercise around and I guess I'm just gonna have to wait a little longer to see if that will work..... on to the next week............. | ||

My weight today 5-16- is 184. Down one more pound. Fast food really messed me up this past week. I will do better next week. Goal: 2 pounds. |

I'm super excited about hiting 145.8! Now if I can be good through the weekend that will set me up well for the next weigh in and maybe I'll see 144? Glad to see so many people are losing each week...even if it comes off slowly, each week you are in a better position then the last! |

Sorry this post is a bit belated. Here's my stats: For the first weigh in one the 2nd I was still stuck at 153. For the 16th weigh on I made some progress and weighed in at 151. Hopefully I can pull off another week like that!! This weeks goal is to do my workout tape m-f along with walking a few miles at least 3 days. And of course making healthy eating choices. Great job everyone, keep up the great work! |
