I'm ready also. I was just figuring out my calories for the day with what I plan to eat and the workout I have planned. I will be slightly over my goal calories, but with the workout should still have a deficit of 1000 calories.
Breakfast - Chocolate Royale slimfast shake and banana
Snack - apple
Lunch - chicken salad on croissant with a salad and raspberry poppyseed vinaigrette dressing.
Snack - yogurt and rice cake snacks
Before workout snack - oreo 100 calorie snack pack
Dinner - Pork chops, au gratin rice and broccoli
I added in an extra snack today before my workout, because yesterday I was really hungry when I got done and had to go to the grocery store after. Then I ended up eating some oreo cookies after dinner last night. Hopefully the snack earlier will curb that urge to keep eating all night.

A little discouraged, on Monday weighed at 189, this morning back up to 190. Thats okay though, plenty of time until Monday weigh in again. I still can get a loss, I know it. OMG, the beef stroganoff I made yesterday was AWESOME!!! It was 350 for a huge serving, although it was so good I had to have seconds, so I'm a little ticked at myself for that, but....its a new day.
Worked out on the eliptical this morning. MAN!!! That thing really kicks my butt!
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K with 1/2 cup skim milk, hard boiled egg (HA! My boys painted eggs at Grandma & Grandpa's so we are trying to eat these up, I hope they are not TOO bad to eat one a day)
Snack: Orange
Lunch will be: Fiesta Chicken Weight watchers meal
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Lasagna, green beans, 1/2 slice garlic bread

Breakfast - Atkins shake with a piece of peanut butter bread
Snack - Oatmeal and Rice cake snacks
Lunch - I will have - Turkey Sandwich on wheat bread with fat free mayo, lettuce, tomato and live active cheese. Fruit
Snack - Yogart
Dinner - I am thinking Tacos
New to this website, not new to the weight battle. Yesterday I weighed in at 197, I am 5' 9.5 and my goal is 150 lbs. I ned this to help motivate me, good luck to all!! We can do this :-)
ok...the weekend again. I dropped a pound so I am going into today happy..I am at 195. Can't wait to aee 194...the "low" 190's :-)
I still wish I would drop a lot fast, but I am happy that I am loosing slow. As long as it doesn't stop.

I seem to be really slowing down on my loss, still at 190 this morning. And here comes the weekend......I really would like to be at 188 by Monday weigh-in. Nothing too big planned for this weekend.
So far today I've had.....
Breakfast: 1 cup Kix cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk
Snack: Orange
Lunch will be: Well....I brought a shrimp pasta weight watchers meal, but I'm hoping I'll go out to lunch maybe get salmon and veggies or a salad
Snack: yogurt
Dinner: Cod fillets, baked potato, green beans
Ah Yes here comes the weekend. I have to nephew's B-Day parties to go to, one tonight and one Saturday. So I will have to find some extra willpower to fight off the cake, ice cream and chips.

Hi, Can I join? I'm 46 years of age - -weight 204 (last Saturday I was 199.8) and have my first goal set at 170. Final goal is 150. I live in Atlantic Canada. Mother of 3 Grandmother of 1.
Breakfast this a.m.: 1 cup All Bran Flakes, 1/2 cup 1% milk and Coffee
Snack: None
Lunch: Turkey Rice soup 1 cup, 2 slices whole wheat bread with ham; Coffee
Supper: Spaghetti and garlic bread.
I just got back from lunch and I sooooo badly wanted to drive through McDonalds, too!!!!!!! For some reason I have a really bad craving for their filet-o-fish sandwich!! UGHH!! Ok, so I resisted. Instead I went to Subway and had a veggie sub on wheat with spicy mustard. Now I am munching on baby carrots. EEEEKKKKK, its hard to be "good" sometimes. I'm thinking of checking the breakroom to see if there are any chocolate chip cookies left. :(

can I say I LOVE mini bagels? I LOVE bagels, but they have too many carbs and calories...BUT the mini ones are just 130 calories and totally makes you feel like you had a real one...Just had one with .5 oz of cream cheese and a cup of grapes. Diet? What diet??? I ate the calories I needed to and am totally satisified and it really doesn't even bother me to see te donuts I got for my dd sleepover...have no interest in one.
Well...of to clean. Gotta love the saturday of a working woman :-)

lost: 2 lb
I am happy with that.
My husband is dieting with me, he had about 20 lb to lose and is nearly at his target weight, whereas i have 40 lb to go, boo hoo. It will be so hard to stay motvated when he is allowed 1000 cal more per day then me !! this weekend we have been mostly good but did spend quite a long time hovering in the chocy puds section of the supermarket. The choc pud we wanted was nearly 500cal but we did find a whipped cream filled meringue with a little choc coating for 150 cal. It was nice to have dessert as we havent done that for a while.
I am NOT looking forward to weighing myself this morning. I stayed within calories all weekend, but we went to Wendy's yesterday and I decided to have a splurge. It was good though, but I am sure there will be water weight today. I am so tired...guessing the time change? Hate to think I am that effected, but what else could it be?
So...I will weigh in in a bit, but expect it to be UP and not down :-(
The sodium from Wendy's didn't make my weight go up...actually down a little...still 195, but 195.0 and not 195.6! SO...after drinking lots today, I may see 194 tomorrow or Wed!!!!!!!!!! Yippeeeee

Yay I lost a pound ... I am happy with that especially since last week was my TOM and i didnt eat all that great!!
