190. Well could be worse!
3 days without Deserts or Fast food.
Bloated for the girls stuff... There goes my weekend plans!
178.6 this morning. Had ice cream cake as a late b-day celebration last night, but I think the weight gain has more to do with starting my period within the next few days. Bleh.
BF was 33.5% which makes no sense considering I've been working out so much. Water % was down to 47.5%, which is 1% down, so it's not water weight.
Evil evil scale. -sighs-

Leopard~ Good for you. Eat at least 3 meals, and your body will love you for it.

Sometimes I forget to eat, like this morning, I was stressing over a test and forgot to eat. And, of course, my brain blanked out when I got to the test. I'm eating right now, though... some oatmeal. Breakfast... better late than never...
I'm going to my special friend's place this weekend, which means I'll be full of bad eating behaviors. I know it's Carolina-style BBQ this evening, and I'm cooking whatever tomorrow, and Sunday is whatever he feels like it. He always takes me to great places to eat. And with "great food" comes lots of fat. It's okay... my body needs some.
I haven't been logging any of my calories for the last week and a half (I do an estimate in my head usually, unless I don't know how many calories something is then I check) I'm down to 171.6. Only .6 to my first 10 lbs goal :) so excited!
I was becoming waaaay too obsessive about counting, to the point where it was interfering with my life and the things I could do. So, now, I'm just trying to eat better and not focus on the weight so much. And I'm losing weight again, so that's great. I feel so much more relieved now. But I still weigh myself about every other day to make sure I'm not going too far off track. If it is, then I can change it :D

I find myself in constant amazement of this whole weight loss thing. It seems so simple that I wish I'd done it when I 9 so I wouldn't have all this extra weight, haha. All it is is to eat better, and find a way to decrease/burn 500-1000 calories each day.
I actually had been on caloriecount before, as SharkSayHello or something, and it was working. For some reason I just didn't feel like it anymore, and I think it was because I didn't have a group to look forward to posting to and sharing ups and downs with. I know this time I'm going to reach my goals, big and small (literally).
I think I'll be the most thrilled when I'm out of the 180's, though. I just don't like that number much =)
Also, Kirie- congrats on the weight loss! I hope you reach your first goal soon!
I've been losing pretty slowly since November and would like to kick it up a notch and lose a bunch before summertime ("a bunch" meaning 15-25 lbs, I'm not being TOO ambitious here). :)
I'm thrilled, today I weighed in at 181 pounds! 2 more pounds and I am finally going to be in the 170's. This is the part where I feel anxious and wonder how such a feat could be accomplished... it seems so odd that it's really happening!
Also, hi trustwomen! I can't wait till summertime, because I'll have some free-time to really get into action. I hope you are doing well =D

Trustwomen~ haha, we're almost identical. I'm at 178.6 down from 250 :) I want to be around 160 by summer! :D
Kirie~ Yeah, good luck. I'm obsessing over counting too, but it's kinda become integrated into my life. I think I'll keep better track of how obsessive I get though...Good for you for getting down! You'll reach your goal in no time :)

Well, I'm 178.6 this morning, and up to 36% bf, which makes NO FREAKING SENSE, because I've been working out so much lately. -tears- I don't get my scale. I think I'm going to take some measurements and photos tonight to keep track that way too. I'm so annoyed at being the same weight over and over, but my BF% going up?!
I haven't been here all weekend! OMG! Of course it's because I spent the weekend with Louie and if I do that I'm not worrying about the ups and downs of weight and healthy eating. I got back to my dorm last night after the weekend with Lou and this room smells like dog! I don't know if I left something around or if my roommate let the pound in here...
Kirie - about counting calories - I understand you completely. I feel like I've been doing that as well. I spend hours on this site posting in fifty different places. Good news is, I write down goals everyday and try to accomplish them.
Sharkythesmurf - It's not quite so easy for everyone. I'm losing fast right now because I haven't been able to eat a lot from bronchitis and then from my period. But usually I get worried if I am not losing anything in a week. I'm glad it's working for you though.
Trustwomen - Welcome! And very good on your major weight loss. I'm looking to lose about 20 - 30 more pounds by summer, so we've got similar goals now. Then the summer will be maintenance unless I get so lucky as to actually be able to choose my own meals at my parents' house.
Nasuoni - I say you just ignore the bf%. If you're working out so much, your bf% should be so much lower. Just keep your eye on your deficit and less on the bf%.
190 still... what, this thing Broken!
I had the First Sparing day of the Month, 6 fights, I did pretty well.
My first fight was the most exciting, after he punched me in the eye, I kicked him in the ribbs, he caught my legg, I punched him in the head a couple of times and then we went down. He landed on my legs which were curled up between me and him So I rocked back and did a reverse summersalt wich nocked him off of me, I Nearly flipped him. after my Summersalt I came up again with my knee on his chest and finished him off with 5 more punches. Elder Master called the fight, but my apponent didn't hear, and hastily put me in a arm bar... My shoulder is still a little ache.
Other then that i got kicked right on my pelvis. OUICH I don't care who you are.
Got punched in the eye 3 times, no black eye though, thanks to Ice and some herbal salve.
Got to do it all again Wendsday.
Nas you BF% is increasing because the Work out puts more fat in your blood for use. Give your body some time to adjust and watch the scale, drink your water and it will go back down. (my %BF was after my matches, from adrinelan and the extreme workout, now it is back at 30)

I ate badly this afternoon but I know it's not going to matter in the long run because I plan to eat well around supper time, so I have the energy to work out. I haven't worked out in weeks, so I'm going to take it easy. I blame it on the evil and yet not quite so evil bronchitis.
I randomly got on the scale before I had lunch-ish dinner, and technically I hit 178.0, so I already hit my goal for March 8th. 10 pounds per month... But I was losing a little fast this month from the bronchitis. I had to adjust my overall goals, and just move them over slightly.
I want to have 172 lb by March 25. That's 3 weeks, 6 pounds. I think I can do it. If I don't make it, I won't beat myself up because I'm already ahead right now. I suppose I'll be happy with being down to 172 truly by the end of the month.
Lady- 183 is VERY close to 170s...at least that's what I keep telling myself. ;)
Lilsmiter- I can't even imagine. You are one Tough HOTTIE!
Kirie- I can get really obsessive about counting cals, good/bad foods, etc. I think it's good you're aware and taking mental breaks from it all when you need them.
Nasuoni- did you take the measurements? I have been trying to do it once a month or so and it does help when I see any difference there vs. the scale that doesn't like to make any hasty moves these days! :)
I think I'm going to really focus on mostly fruits, veggies and lean meats this week. I need a jumpstart!
I think I'm losing weight still because I'm NOT working out, so I'm avoiding starvation mode. I should have gone today. I usually am in high spirits after I've worked out, but I wasn't losing weight quite so fast. Strange, how that's happening... I think I'm going to start working out immediately after Spring Break is over. I can't see it helping if I work out this week and then take a week completely off.
I haven't even checked my weight this morning. I got angry at my roommate for waking me up, so I just got on the computer. I just want to go back to sleep. I'm going to eat then get in the shower, I think.
