Who wants to lose 10 lbs by Christmas?

Quote  |  Reply
Hey guys, are any of you interested in losing 10 lbs by Christmas w/ me? I'm thinking weigh in day will be Friday, and losing 10 lbs by Dec. 25 is pretty reasonable, about a pound a week. If you're interested post your stats. Anyone is welcome. =D

What a strange week.  On monday I dropped all the way to 189 and then up to 190.5  and now today 192.  I am thinking my sodium count is to high and that is why the fluctuantion!  I wish it would have stayed at 189!  Good luck everyone!

I don't know what is going on! I was excellent all week. Did the Elliptical and did weight training... did great with eating everyday but today... and I didn't lose a thing! Well, actually that isn't true. I went down a pound then came back up that same pound.

I hope it's all because of TOM. I guess we will know next Friday.

Keep up the good work all!
Ha!  I'm idealistic and unrealistic (as much as I hate to admit).  I'd love to drop 10 by then.  Realistically, 5.  If I dedicate myself.

To those of you who are beleivers (in anything) I am asking for your prayers.  I need any help I can take at this point right now, not talking diet or exercise or weight, just life.  Anonymous prayers are the only thing that can help me now.

(Don't mean to rob the post).

But YES, I'll aim for ten and realistically aim for 5.  Good luck to all of you, dedicate yourself and I believe you can do it!  Believe in yourself!

Cheers,

PLM

HEY EVERYONE! Hope everybody is having a great week. So I'm a little scared here, last week at the same time I was like 87 or 86 I think now I'm like 83/84 uh-oh going a little bit too fast. :-\. YIKES. going to work on slowing down the loss a little. but GOOD JOB to everyone who lost this week!
