To Weigh In you will post a message using the following format:- Weigh In For __/__ (mm/dd)

Chit-Chat is fine. I hope we can all get to know one another and truly give encouragement to one another. If you have any suggestions or comments about the club, please email me and let me know.
Just be sure your weigh ins are in bold so that I won't miss any! If you are weighing in at home on a day other than Friday, please wait until Friday to post your week's weigh in so that I don't miss any.
There may be changes, new challenges, new games, etc. as time goes by. I will always make announcements on this thread header and in a post here, so that it will be noticed, hopefully. :-)Members - You must weigh in at least once a month to remain on the member list. If you are going on vacation or there is some reason you will not be able to weigh in for over one month, please email me and let me know.
The Member List shows your starting/current/goal weights the followed by how far you are from your goal. I've broken the list into categories by weight to lose before you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, you will be moved to the Maintenance area of the list and you may then weigh in as often or little as you'd like, just please try to keep it on Fridays.

Great job colbers! I still have a hard time sticking to a schedule, but I still do my two classes a week, then possibly 2 workouts in the gym!

ONly a 1/2 lb lost but Ill take it. Been running more and changing up my cardio a bit, but nothing major. Still eating ok, could eat way better though. Ill do ok and make healthy choices and then after a couple days its like I get tired of it and then spend a day eating all the crap I can find in the house...LOL!
rds2k~ I dont run this forum but it seems that the number of ppl we started with is lacking, so it might just be ok for yo to just jump right in and start checking in with us on fridays. Come to think of it I havent seen Mandi in a while either (she's in charge).

Managed to do something to my foot not sure what but cannot walk properly on it, its a pain as I wanted to hit the gym as soon as I got back but looks like my body has other ideas! Never mind I will just have to swim it off for a while.

Slow week, but I'll take it.
i jogged twice this week (9.5 miles total)on top of my normal workout schedule. even though the scale isn't reflecting the difference, i feel like i look a bit better, and my jeans are a bit looser. i can't wait for more fifty and sixty degree days! once the weather warms up i'll be able to jog and bike ride and i think then with getting out i won't have a problem losing some weight. :)
