ok guys i only took one of our members off because we had not heard from her at all, rslonna.

i could of taken off the other 3 who didnt weigh in:

but i didnt because we have heard from them........but they didnt weight in i thought id give them till next week, and we just talked to judi on thursday so im not sure there.

anyway i will apologize now if we dont win this week, because not taking them off will affect our percentage.......but i wantedto be fair cause the original rules said if u miss 2 weigh ins well its only been one so i hope everyone understands why i didnt take them off!!

H4L team -- I'm REALLY sorry I haven't posted in a couple of days ........ I have been really busy and not on my computer.  The scale I use is at work, so I'll use my weight from Wednesday (when I was at work last).  Therefore I am down 4 lbs to 243!!  :-)
 
Obviously I was too late for the posting, but maybe it can just be counted for this coming week .... (?)

Been a busy weekend with the garage sale ...... omg... it is SOOO MUCH WORK !!   Had a GREAT day on Friday, Saturday was cool and a bit rainy, but still had some good sales.  Today we had some also, but not too many.

I got quite a few compliments at church this morning ... "are you losing weight?" ...... WOW, I LOVE IT !!!  :-)

I'll try my best to be a better team member this coming week.  I read all the great suggestions for cardio ... more than likely will just try to get on my bicycle, or dust off my nordic track ski machine :-)

OKay captains the first week of the challenge is complete... and it was AWESOME! I'm soooooo excited for weeks to come.

I have discovered a way of making the captains lives and little easier. Instead of doing all the complicated stuff for the weigh in all you need to do is give me the list of current weight for your team members at the end of the week.

ON Sunday I will send you the new "updated info" for your teams and you can copy and paste it into your team thread.

But you will still need to do the challenge calculation on your own and send them to me.

Well anyway GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!

(oh, and please inform me of any members that you delete from your team so I can take them off of the tally sheet)
Did you guys notice we're right smack in the middle on all fronts?  We're the middle (overall) weight team, we're the middle on the challenge minutes, and we were the middle on the loss list.  That's funny.  Being a middle child I hope I didn't jinx us!  Lol

Well,  I think we did pretty good for ourselves.  We can do better.  I hope our two MIA teammembers check in soon!

Judi-how did you make out at your garage sale?  Buying something big and shiny with all the profits???  :)  Any funny stories about any of the shoppers?  There are some pretty unique people out there in our lovely world.  heeheee  Oh yeah...WOOOHOOO ON YOUR 4# DOWN!!!

hey chris..right now I'm only taining about 2 days a week. but that's because life is insane right now and I have no time for anything. but once school is over with in a couple weeks i'll be training 5-6 days a week. I have my workout schedule from my coach and everything. so it's going to be a big adjustment for me but I can do it.
Ok guys, I just finished playing badminton with my lil'V and the neighbor girls followed by volleyball with one of the neighbor girls and her mom.  My forearms are sore and I am recuperating from my usual beet red face from doing it.  Does that count as cardio?  I don't even know exactly how long I played but if I had to guess I'd say around 2 hours of both activities combined.  And then how would you log that??? Walk/Run playing with children-vigorous?  I need some input on this one because I am stumped.
that counts. cardio is cardio and i dont think we need to have a list of approved cardio activities  but it's confusing since some real cardio is being excluded and non-cardio activities are being included!
Great!  Then I'm down for 120 minutes on that!  Woohoo, it's always nice when you can have fun at it!!!  I also see I need more practice at my volleball skills.  Lol

I have 30 mins on the stepper.  I have another 45 mins on the treadclimber if that counts not sure?  Please Let me know if it does or doesn't.
