I am the HEALTHIEST eater by day. Seriously. Veggies, lean protiens, fat free cheeses; GOOD eater.
Then when I get home and want to relax? All the apples fall out of my basket...or whatever. You know what I mean. I get home and literally just want to eat COMFORT foods and a lot of them. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, fries, cookies, chocolate milk. It's almost like a compulsion.
Any ideas on how to handle that or what do to? I know that it's a problem and I go home every night telling myself I won't do it and then...BAM. My toddler pushes my buttons, the laundry isn't done, my husband left a mess on the counter and my phone won't stop ringing. BAM. Apples everywhere.
Help!
..............I have a fridge magnet that says "Fridge pickers wear bigger knickers" which puts me off grabbing anything naughty in there.............
I want that magnet!
