Do you keep clothes on when weighing? junzzz
  May 19 2008 18:32

I was wondering, do you keep clothes on when weighing?

The first thing I do in the morning is go to the restroom, take off t-shirts and shorts then step onto the scale. I keep underwears on but want to see how much 'I', just 'ME', weight with out clothes. :)

Any comments?

I am obsessed with my scale.  I weigh myself first thing in the morning - totally naked, and before I go to bed at night again total naked.

Right now I am still at the point where an extra 1-2 lb of clothing isn't really that urgent, now if it were 50 lb of CLOTHES....

I am completely obsessed with my scale. I weight myself so many times through out the day. In the morning, after I take shower, after I go to restroom, after I eat, after I work out and etc. It seems like I have to remind myself so many times that I want to/need to lose weight.

I even take jewlery off.   A couple of things I wear 24/7......except on the scale.

Does flexing have some sort of impact on the body fat % results?  I know it's not going to make your weight any different :-\

Really?  I find if I exhale deeply while on the scale, my weight drops almost half a pound.
