What foods make you feel the most full for the fewest calories? Just curious, it'd be useful to know on those days where you're close to your calorie limit for the day but still feeling hungry.
All the above sound like GREAT suggestions...On a personal level, I have been sticking to water lots and lots and lots of water and a fre of the small carrots sticks...Other than that I cn only suggest to work out even harder so that you can try to burn out most of the calories you went over on.

I love coffee and I love chocolate milk.. so this sounds good. what is it? (especially if its appetite-suppressing.. I always feel hungry!)

Me too. But I find if I eat popcorn with water(or diet soda) I get filled up. Being hungry is a state of mind sometimes too. My boyfriend is a neuroscience major and he is studying in a lab that is working on hunger and your brain. It is very interesting.
