How long did it take you to get pregnant? jenniferleigh
  May 14 2008 19:06

My husband and I have been trying for 4 months with no luck.
I have been doing BBT, tracking fluids, using ovulation prediction sticks, the works. However, I did just go off of Yasmin in early January after being on it for 6 months. Anyway, I am 28 (a month and a half shy of 29), have a normal BMI, eat healthy, and exercise. I am on Metformin ER for PCOS, but have not had fibroids and I do ovulate. My husband is 33.

How old were you, when you tried to get pregnant? How long did it take?
Did anything specific help? Does anybody have experience with PCOS and Metformin?

Any advice is appreciated.

I WAS 22 WHEN I GOT PREGNANT

it was an acidental pregnancy .

supposidly it takes about a year after birth control to get preg .

i was on  a high protien diet before my pregnancy and i guess that increases your chances ....

there is a wealth of information on  babycenter.com
