Toning belts im_a_cc
  May 14 2008 10:49

I've been using a toning belt now for about a year

I use a high intensity (worked my way up) and I really noticed a difference. I do have muscle now cause I could never be bothered to do a lot of sit-ups.

I'm just wondering how safe they are? Cause I'm still not happy and I've been using it more and more, (once a day for about 1.5 - 2 hours.) Some people I know have used one 3 times a day for 6 weeks then they stop for a few months. but I dont have time to do that.

basically what I want to know is am I using it correctly or should I vary the way i do for better results?

thanks in advance :)

If you've been using it for a year and its not working, doesn't that tell you its not working?  Its a scam!  A scam!

there was a toning belt on the market a few years ago, i was tempted, but it still sounded way too implausible. Then i hear a doctor on a show of some kind talking about various weight loss snake oils and he said the amount of shock it would take for the product to do what it promises would be too painful to endure (close if not comparable to torture), and would never be allowed on the market.

and that's when i put my money away.

the end

Its not a scam they do work. I have muscle on my stomach its just not a 6 pack cause I never did sit ups (I do now) and the pain that it gives is very low unless you have the setting too high and you're a beginner I started on 4 then worked my way up.

So I wont bother wasting my money on toning belts then. I did look into it and it seemed to be a tad expensive.

As they say "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" *sigh*

c'est la vie!
