I love Salsa, and its low in cal.  Does anyone have ideas of what to do with salsa besdies the obvious, like as a dressing on tacos and nachos.

I mixed a super chunky salsa with brown rice and a cooked, chunked chicken breast last night with a little bit of cheese, and stired it together.  Then I topped it with a little bit of fat free sour cream, LOVED it!  Even BF liked it.

One of my favorite foods is a big bowl of lettuce topped with black beans, chicken, and salsa. Mmm!
