I know that there are a lot of posts like this, but I'm just curious...
So, what do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all of your snacks inbetween?

-1/2 c fiber one cereal with 1/2 a Weetabix biscuit cereal,  nonfat organic milk, whey protein powder

-a gala apple with two tbs of skippy natural pn butter with splenda

-salad: romaine lettuce and spinach, 1/2 a tb of a yogurt light caesar dressing, 1/4 cup of soy beans

-broccoli, marinara sauce with lots of garlic, a homemade lean turkey meatball, 1/2 a piece of whole wheat naan bread

Those are some of my top favs. :)

Breakfast: due to hitting the snooze button multiple times usually I only have time for a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk.

Morning snack: Fat Free yogurt (various flavours sweetened with fruit/splenda) with 1/4 cup of granola mixed in

Lunch: spinach salad usually with tomato and cucumber and a small amount of grated light cheddar cheese with some reheated meat (usually leftover from dinner) on top like chicken/fish/pork/beef(especially taco seasoned!) I love hot meat on salad - no dressing required! With a piece of fruit for "desert"

Afternoon snack: Desert flavoured Tofu (comes in prepackaged servings - easy to grab in the morning!) or one of the following: air popped popcorn, carrot sticks, banana with peanut butter, pistachios (if i have a lot of calories to use up!)

Dinner: I have moved back home recently so it is usually whatever my mom has already made by the time I am home from work. This is what usually destroys my carefully planned day!!!

Evening: Black Tea & Arrowroot cookie, sometimes 1cup of air popped popcorn if there is a movie occasion!

Breakfast: Quaker Instant Oatmeal

Snacks: apples are my fave snack but I also like the 100 calorie pack items and Special K protein snack bars

Lunch and dinner vary a lot but I eat a lot of Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice and Smart Ones tv dinners for lunch.

Supper is usually some combination of grilled chicken breast, beans, tuna, veggie soup, salad, rice, milk

I am a poor student, so i eat pretty much only oatmeal with cream cheese, veggies and salads with a small amout of cheese (i sometimes take it from work... thats my confession for the day). i also drink way too much coffee, with milk.  right now, the veggies are blended. jaw= still healing.

Man, thats sad... but seriously, if you had seen my fridge, you would get why i don't eat much varity.

For breakfast I ALWAYS have cereal, milk, a whole egg, and some fruit. Lunch always varies for me. Dinner is usually some lean meat like chicken or fish with vegetables (sometimes buckwheat and vegetables :3) and a piece of fruit. Snacks vary as well, but I make sure to include nuts in them every day.

Every day I eat for Breakfast two bowls of Special K Vanilla Almond with 1 % milk. My question is should I be switching to Oatmeal? Only problem is, should I go with oatmeal packets or make my own, but if I do that, I add sugar and milk.

For lunch, A sandwich, apple, banana, strawberries

For Dinner, Fish or Chicken.
