argh!

13-15?

Unless you are OVERWEIGHT or have been advised by a professional, you dont need to diet.

You don't need to count calories.

You will more than likely stretch...so 'maintenance' would be relative.

It's all very well having a  thread to compare, but remember everyone is different and what is normal for one person isnt necessarily for everyone else.

I mean, I know you have heard it all before but I'm not trying to patronise you. Most of you seem perfectly healthy, which is great, but a few of you need to rethink....

Being obsessive aint no picnic.

Im 15, 5'5.3 and 128, trying to get to 110

edit: i so wasnt 128 then...more like 140..

but now im 124!!! only 14 more 2 go

oh and to Bella_mystique, I'm not going to give you the "don't lose weight" rant that I'm sure you've heard a billion times, I just wanted to tell you that- and this is coming from someone who was a compulsive overeater, [then] anorexic, bulimic, and chewed and spit- that it's just not worth it. Losing the weight may not be hard, but keeping it off will drive you crazy. None of it is worth it, it took me a long time to learn that, but it's true. I know you''re not going to listen [someone said this to me so long ago and I sure didn't lol], this lesson is soemthing you have to learn on you're own. But you're [if you live through this] going to look back on this in a few years and say "why did I waste all that time trying to be the perfect that doesn't exsist?"

Hi guys,

I have removed a few posts that reflected unhealthy goals.  I am all for sharing and comparing, that's how you find friends.  :)  But please, keep your goals healthy.

Remember, you are still growing.  You may not think you are growing anymore (height wise) but you are still developing internally and especially your brain.  So take care of yourself!

Feel free to message me if anything comes up.

Take Care,
