Teens: what did YOU eat today?

I'm kind of copying the oh so popular topic found in the food forum. This is different, though: for teens! I think it's pretty interesting to see what we teenagers eat, and this will kind of give the chance for teens to see what other healthy foods they can add to their diet.. I sure know that my diet needs improvement XD

Oh, and the same rules as the one in the other forum applies.. especially do not post if you are not eating enough. Nobody wants to see it, and you're only hurting yourself in the long run; believe me, I found out the hard way.

I'll start!
breakfast: cheerios, a yogurt, & and orange
lunch: a turkey sandwich (i love low carb bread! really.) an apple, another yogurt, &wheat thins
after school: a peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain & an orange
dinner: probably light soup & a salad or something!

breakfast: coffee, honeybunches of oats with soymilk, banana

lunch: english muffin with cream cheese, yogurt with granola and an apple

dinner:breakfast for dinner! bagel with eggs cheese and turkey.

I can get used to this thread, ha.

Breakfast - 2 Ego Waffles and yogurt
Snack 1 - Special K Protein bar
Lunch - Small salad, orange, 2 cookies, soft pretzel
Snack 2 - Fiber One Bar
Dinner - I'm trying oatmeal for the first time in forever. If I don't like it...then I'm having soup and a whole wheat grilled cheese.

I really like this topic! I've gotten some great ideas of healthy foods that sound really yummy! We should definitely keep it going!

B- 2 Special K strawberry waffles, smucker's sf syrup, 1 cup 2% milk, coffee

S- Special K bar

L- whole wheat wrap, romaine lettuce, deli sliced Oven roasted turkey breast (56 grams), 1 tsp. ranch dressing, 1/4 cup reduced fat 4 cheese blend.

S- Pretzels

D- 2 Cups special K original cereal, 1 cup fat free milk

mhm this is fun

b - life cereal with all bran cereal, skim milk, 1 banana

s - green tea

l - penne pasta with tomato sauce, salad, chicken, carrots and 1 cookie

s - 10 baby carrots, 10 grape tomatoes and a bit of popcorn

d - chicken soup (canned :P)

and WATER all day everyday =)

Mega-snack (mom's contribution): a bunch of baby carrots + bell pepper + lots of guacamole + crackers+ lots of salsa + lots of mixed nuts (like 1/2 cup)

Dinner: TBA (probably steak, salad, fat-free milk + rice)

Dessert: TBA (prob Ice cream bar)

breakfast - hot cooked oatmeal with brown sugar & organic fat free milk. Black coffee with splenda

Lunch - Joe's O's Cereal(dry), cucumbers, clementine, dried mango & nut mix

Snack -(before ballet class) Oatmeal & Joe's O's mixed with fat free organic milk & raspberries. Scrambled eggs

Dinner - white pita bread with tuna & mustard on top 

Snack - organic low fat vanilla yogurt

breakfast- grapefruit and about 5 cups of COFFEEEEE

lunch- garden scramble at ihop: egg whites scrambled with red & green bell peppers and mushrooms, and i had one of the pancakes. without butter/syrup though, because i'm weird and eat them plain and with my hands. about another 5 cups of coffee too

snack-  red delicious apple, air-popped popcorn salted with butter spray

dinner- this one was a little random--bowl of cheerios with soy milk drizzled with honey, 2 kaiser-type rolls, a few goldfish, and a chocolate-vanilla swirl soy pudding. 

Breakfast- watermelon, bluberry yogurt, pear
Lunch- plain pasta, blueberry yogurt, watermelon
Snack- fruit salad
Dinner- shrimp, frozen mixed berries, watermelon

Ok, I'm addicted to fruit. 2000 for the day.


ewwxroflzz- 10 cups of coffee, seriously? Aren't you shaking incessantly with that amount?!
Ate lots today *sigh* lol should have stopped eating after dinner but oh well!!

Breakfast: Bean patty (leftovers lol)

Lunch: half a roasted stuffed zucchini with salad and some grilled bread

Snack: slice of bread with mayo and cucumber

Dinner: Pasta with a italian themed topping and feta and half an ear of corn

Post Dinner Snacks: Pickings of bread, handful of corn chips and 3 thin slices of feta cheese (all about the feta cheese right now!)

Breakfast: oatmeal, 1 tablespoon golden syrup (made with skim milk), banana.

Lunch: Wholemeal pitta, half a can of tuna, 5 cherry tomatoes, granny smith apple

Snack: dry boo berry cereal :), strawberry bio yoghurt

Dinner: wholemeal pitta, grilled veggie burger, peas, carrot, onion.

B- 2 shredded wheat biscuits with skimmed milk and a cup of coffee with skimmed milk

L- WW tomato soup and an orange

S- an apple and 2 ryvita wholemeal crackers with reduced fat cottage cheese

D- will be grilled chicken breast with some broccoli

Desert will be a cherry muller light yogurt and ill have a cup of tea before bed  

B small whole wheat pita, 1tbsp PB, 1 tbsp sf jam, medium banana, 1 cup skim milk

s 1 cup skim milk, kiwi

L 1/2 cup white rice made with chicken stock and margarine in it, 1 cup pineapple chicken

s 1 tbsp tahini, 1 cup baby carrots, kiwi

D 2 cups beef and bean chili

no workout today because i got my tattoo yesterday, on the top of my foot. Which means no running shoes for me.. i'll do some floor excersizes when i get home

sunkissedbliss- haha actually no, i used to drink 10 daily but recently cut back to about 3-4. but it was my first day at school and i had to get up at 6:45 so i was really groggy. idk, i guess i'm kind of desensitized to caffeine.
