| HELP! I recently got hired for the summer at Panera Bread Bakery/Restaurant (if you've heard or been to it, please help!) So this means I work approximately 6 hour shifts with a break midway, of which I will need to eat a meal. This is the case for 4 days, since I am already there and my break will be quite short, I will most likely be eatting the food at Paneras (also I have a 65% discount). BUTTTTTTTTTT I don't know what to get! I have looked at the nutritional guide onlone (http://pdfdownload.tsone.info/pdf2html.php?url=http://www.p anera.com/pdf/nutr-guide.pdf) buttttt I dont know whats healthy. I know everything has no transfats, but the salads seem to even have just as many calories as the cafe sandwiches! help! I'm sure this is because they are drenched in dressing. What should I do. I was even thinking of bagging a lunch/dinner for the times I work and eat that (although less appealing) SUGGESTIONS on what to eat! I was thinking of just ordering one of the soups as my lunch. Low in cals and in fat (BUT LOADED IN SODIUM!), However these seem to be the lowest cal choices on the menu! HELP! WHat should i get/do?? that sodium is a killer. maybe id be best to bring my own meals? ughhh |

If you want to go low calorie, try the You Pick Two with a bowl of low fat soup and a half a salad. Half portion of Cesar Salad 220 cals 16 g fat Low fat chicken noodle 100 cals 6 g fat The salad is with the dressing. There are other good choices there. |

The lowfat chicken noodle soup with an apple would be the best choice.
You can go to there website and see how much fat and calories and such is in everything. |

| I know that their sourdough bread is lowcal. I think you could get a turkey sandwich made with the sourdough bread if you asked them. | ||

yeah there soups are low cal but HIGH in sodium. I would stay awar from the sandwiches, I think the salads/soups are better... agree? I ended up getting the strawberry poppyseed salad, for only 200 cals! with an apple. Good choice? Im thinking of getting a soup tommorw for lunch, although im extrememly worried about those sodium levels. |

When I go, I get the Fandango Salad with Chicken with apple instead of bread. According to the website, a full order (with the chicken) is 480 calories, plus the apple. Adding the chicken seems good for lowfat protein. |
