"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!"

At the moment, this is so true for me, I'm at my lowest ever weight and want to lose at least another pound before I go on holiday next Saturday to be 112lbs/8stone.

I still have another 250 calories to eat because I've burned so much today with being at work and doing pilates etc. I never thought I'd say that I don't want to eat my leftover calories but today I really don't. Even though I know that having a bigger deficit will do me more harm than good it sometimes seems counter-intuitive that eating more will lead to better weight loss. I'm currently munching some dried apricots though so I will be getting my sensibly small deficit. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

Hayleyjade, please don't feel bad.  I have seen plenty of people without EDs on this website and others using this mantra.  In fact I think I have even seen it referred to in at least one personal testimonial in a fitness magazine like Shape or Self.  All kinds of people use it, and it works for different people for different reasons. So don't worry, we know you didn't mean any harm. :)

I think whoever made this quote is unfamiliar with the wonders of alcohol.

There I said it.

Ok, all of that pro-ED crap, that doesn't happen in The Bahamas. And I've honestly never really known someone with one. Some of you shouldn't jump all over hayleyjayde...no one person knows EVERYTHING.

Don't all of you hear something on tv or somewhere else and it sticks in your mind, but you can't remember where you heard it from??? A song...a phrase... a joke...

ANd then someone says, Oh that was blah blah blah and the lightbulb goes on in your head?? If anyone says that's never happened their lying. I think she is just proud of herself and happy that she set a goal for herself and reached it.

I personally like that phrase "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!" Because for all the calories and junk I would have eaten just 2 weeks ago, now that I've lost a few measly pounds, I already feel like no JUNK FOOD or unhealthy crap is worth being obese and having a heart attack. Being thin and being anorexic is two totally different things. It's where you draw the line that mattters.

Love the title of this thread, it's true too that nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. :)
