Oranges.

To me, they're perfect. They're incredibly low in calories, delicious and relatively filling, so I have them very often.

 

I was wondering about the health benefits of oranges and if there is any reason why I shouldn't have them very often.

I eat 2-3 large oranges a day.

haha i literally just finished eating one :D

i think the only thing to watch would be the sugar content, but the good points outweigh that i think. go hard!

They are very acidic, which can be hard on your teeth and upsets digestion for some people. Never brush your teeth immediately after eating acidic foods.

They are healthy and delicious though, I eat them very regularly.  DO make sure you have variety in your diet, of course.

I eat an orange a day, and like 2 apples a day. Oh fruit is my love. mmm. they're high in vitamin C. That's always a perk :)

I love oranges and eat at least one a day! My newest discovery though is cherries. They were on sale at my grocery store yesterday, so I bought a bag. Yum! I never realized fresh cherries were so good!

Enjoy the oranges. You can probably eat as many as you want. They have tons of vitamin C, which is good for your immune system, so you're less likely to get sick. :)

Yeah, I bought a bag this weekend... didn't look at the price and ended up paying $17 for it, haha. Oh well.
