| The Big Difference... | ||

I want you all to know, I beleive in you!!! I have a succuess story~ and so do you~I recentally gave up a very un healthy life of binge and purge dieting. I thought that wieght loss had to occur as quickly as possible. Well over the past five or so months with the slow and gradual change of life style I have lost approximately 5lb of fat. And because of the regular exercise I have added much needed lean muscle mass. Although the weight loss is gradual and slow, it has been more rewarding then taking it off fast ever was. The difference this time is that I am actually eating a balenced and varied diet. I don't starve myself anymore. When I finish my work out and I am hungry it feels good to give my body the fuel it needs. Don't get me wrong I still have set backs but these new healthy habits are sustainable and getting me ever so much closer to my goal. So I just thought I would say to all those out there struggling with the idea that you need to eat more to lose weight keep it up! Your healthy habits will become your healthy life!!! |

Keep up the good work. I also have accepted the fact I am going to lose weight the healthy way (no diet pills). I feel so much better. I know that the weight I am loosing is because of my hard work. I used to feel I should lose 10 lbs a week and now I don't want to lose more than 2. Thanks for the encouragement!!!!! |
