| Always hungry | ||

I've been keeping to my 1800 calorie a day regiment, and started lighting weights (light, for 15-20 min a day) and walking/jogging. I feel great, but I'm always hungry! Is this normal? |

I think you need more calories. How tall are you? |

| Are you estimating your calories as a male? Because 1800 at 5'9" sound like female stats... | ||

Yeah, it says "male." I put "sedentary" under my life activity thing...maybe now that I actually work out I should change that? |

do you work out after you eat or before? I noticed i always got hungry after i worked out, so i try to eat after working out rather then before. you need to eat after you work out for your muscles to repair and for the workout to actually be worth the effort. |

| it sounds like you're not eating enough. but i still have to ask what "hungry" feels like. because if you've been used to overeating, then "not full" can feel like "hungry". other things, too, like anxiety, anger, loneliness, etc. can feel like hunger. | ||
