Has anyone found a patch, a pill or any other such aid, that they swear by?

Yaz/Yazmin.. I love them bothhhh.

I switched from Yazmin to Yaz on a doctor's advice because my mom had breast cancer at 30 and they didn't want me to have that high of an estrogen count.

Can't go wrong with happy pills.

Somehow I don't think it is the product for me - being a bloke and all!

Funnily though, in the section 'who shouldn't take yaz' there is no mention of 29 year old men!

IUD!

Also, why is this in the Weigh Loss forum?

IUD?

I put it in the weight loss forum, because I meant weight loss pills! Wasn't expecting reference to contraceptives! Perhaps I should have been more clear.

Yeah... with the majority of people on this site women, and since birth control often plays a role in weight gain, there are often posts asking for the best birth control to avoid weight gain - the pill and the patch being typical types... so you can see where you threw people off.

To answer your real question - nope, just keeping a deficit worked the best for me. Never wanted to spend money on something that a) probably wouldn't work b) was more likely to harm me than help c) wouldn't teach me how to live the rest of my life at a healthy weight.

I use an appetite suppressor called Solo Slim.  It can only be purchased from a designated dealer.  You take it once a day and it just helps you to feel more full.  Don't expect serious weight loss but if you are like me, you just need some help to feel full faster.  I dont know where you are from but my dealer is in Washington State...might be far away from you.  Thats all I got for ya. Also, it is ephedra and caffiene free.

Mirena IUD all the way! If that's what you're asking... :)

phentermine mixed with prozac.....doctor prescription only though.....so you have to be in the obese category or know someone who knows someone...the two in combination are highly effective for appetite control and increasing your heart fate while preventing your body from adapting to the drug for months of effectiveness.
