are you talking about those fruit smoothie things from inta juice?

i've never tried those but out of curiosity i looked up the nutritional info and they look alright to me. they have substantial protein and fiber, which is good :)

i'd still suggest getting your calories from REAL food instead of bars or smoothies, but if you enjoy it.. have it!

Soyjoy are bars.

I had one and it was really dry. It was small for 130 cals too. I wouldn't buy it again.

Soyjoy bars are a bit dry but I think they have a great taste and are a much better alternative to some of the over processed "snack bars" out there.  To each his own, I suppose.

i got the free samples they offered through the mail. they weren't terrible, but they definitely weren't worth 130 cals to me. i'm definitely not a fan.

They went on sale at my job and I tried them once, not too wonderful.

LOL, I'm eating my first one right now. They had them on sale at CVS 5 for $5 so I thought I would try them. Like the above posts mentioned they are a little on the dry side. Not terrible but I think I'll stick with my Special K bar.

CVS also have the Special K bar protein meal bar on sale for $1. I bought one of those just to try also. We'll see.

My sister and I got the free trial pack in the mail.

Those things are the DEVIL. Bleh!

Hmmm....yeah, I did try these. They were hard and funny tasting....I would definitely not recommend these. Try Kashi bars....my sister swears by them

Totally gross.  Don't waste your money or your calories on them.  We did   a study on them at work (raisin almond, apple and berry) and NOT a single respondent liked them!  If you would like an idea of what they taste like, imagine a fig newton without the fig filling...and then baked too long.  Im sure other people like them but...blech!

These things taste like dehydrated tofu. Seriously; they're disgusting. Something you'd fertilize your garden with, not put anywhere near your mouth. I wouldn't eat them if they were calorie-free.
