My co-worker and I are currently drinking the Isofemme "Body Transformation" protein smoothies... they're made in Canada, so I don't know if you can find them in the US.... they're really good though! I mix mine with skim milk (or chocolate milk if I'm feeling special) they thicken up well, and, having a snack in the AM and PM allows me to have one for breakfast (w/ a piece of fruit) and one for lunch (w/ a fruit or veggies) and not feel hungry at all. The powder itself (comes in Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla) has around 27g protein, 116 calories, 0.2g fat, 1.6mg cholesterol, 1 g carbs... I like them. |

I can probably find that online. What type of protein is it mainly? Whey, soy, casein, egg white, whey isolate, etc? should be the first ingredient. |

I like the Advant Edge (EAS) low carb protein shakes. 110 calories and 17 grams of protein. I enjoy all three flavors (chocolate fudge, french vanilla, and strawberries n' cream) However, I usually buy the strawberry one. Also, "Zoic" nutrition drink is supposed to be really good for you. 110 calories and 21 grams of protein. I like the french vanilla thes best. Fills you up, but they tend to be a little heavy on my stomach. Or if you just want pure protein, I'd suggest "Pure protein shake" by World Sports. Come in a lot of flavors, my favorite being cookies n' cream. 160-170 calories depending on the flavor, and 35 grams of protein. Enjoy! I know I sure do. |
