OK, at 62 calories per cup of blackberries, how many calories would you estimate is in a single blackberry? (They are gone, otherwise I'd just see how many fit in a cup, or I'd weigh one!) MOLLY |

They vary in size. The largest blackberry in my container was 7 grams which is about 3 calories |

| These were good-sized blackberries (about the size of a grape tomato!) | ||

in one blackberry there probably wouldn't be enough calories to do you any harm. i'd estimate about 3-5 though. |

I just weighed one the size of a grape tomato, and it was 4 grams. By my math, that comes to about 1.1428571 calories. (I think you can have another one!) |

I know that gram wise - the packing on the ones at my house were about equal to what the gram amount was listed in a cup. I suppose you could guess about how many were in the container and divide 62 by that number, Either way - they are low cal and delicious! I eat the whole container in one sitting - so it is easy for me! |

And they are a powerhouse of antioxidants. I would not worry about blackberries and get rid of something else if that is a concern. |
