| I have not been on CC in several months and forgot my password. I cannot find where I can change it. The only way I have been able to get in is through an old CC e-mail ...even when I enter my user name and click on "forgot password", CC does not recognize my user name unless I use the old e-mail and the link??? Very weird. |

Erik or Igor~ I really need help with my account. I have used the option to change my password but CC still does not recognize my username. The only way I can get into my account is through an old e-mail sent to me from CC about a year ago. Can you possibly help me? Please look at my account specifically, there is something funky going on. Thank you much! Shanda |
