Hands down... granola, dannon light n fit yogurt, and half a sliced banana. Fills me up till lunch and beyond! I also love to do a breakfast wrap with a scrambled egg, a slice of turkey bacon, and a whole wheat tortilla. |

Funny, I just made an example list of what I eat in a given week. The stuff is all from serving size, except the Fiber One original, which I eat a cup of.

You mean besides eggs benedict ...? Just kidding (well sort of)! Every morning without fail I eat one Dannon Light n Fit yogurt with a cup of Fiber One. It's delish and packs a nice fiber wallop. A short while later (maybe as little as 5 minutes or up to 30 minutes) I will have some fruit, a banana, apple, strawberries or maybe even a half grapefruit or just some fruit salad. |

i almost always have a whole grapefruit and yogurt. if i'm really hungry that morning, i'll add an omelet (2 egg whites, 1-2 whole eggs) and/or some tea. this morning for example; i had a whole red grapefruit, and 2 yogurts. |
