Anyone use these? They claim to suppress your appetite naturally and help you eat less per day? Any opinions?run a search for Slim Shots on any internet search engine for info on these. I bought a one month supply today-I am going to try taking one in the evening because my issue is night eating...hopefully it will keep me from waking up in the middle of the night with a crazy appetite

as of day 1..working well I noticed that I was less inclined to randomly snack throughout the day

i saw those and they made me quite curious. Keep me posted on how well they work. sometimes your mind can play tricks on you and you think it is helping you when it is really not. (ex. i tried trim spa and made myself think it was working, like i wasnt as hungry. but it really didnt do anything. ) I am very skeptical about weight loss aids now since i have tried a few. I am not looking for the quick way out, just something that will make that 1 pound a week 2 pounds a wk. Thanks!
