Looking for my twin 5'2 145 medium frame big boobs want to lose 10-20 shawnakent

Well the caption pretty much staes it all. But I have huge boobs! My stats are:

39 Bust

33 waist

39 Hips

I am like a 36 DDD I think.  Because my weight has fluctuated so much I am truly not sure I may be down to just 2 DD's. LOL My rib cage is only a 32" and I have measured around my bust 39". Mind you that is down from 46" a few years ago when I lost 70pounds! I am 33 and want lose weight over all. I do have a gym membership but this past month PMS and cravings have kick my but! I have been weight training and try to lose some inches in my bust and back just because I feel so heavy just due to my huge breasts.   I have only started dieting about a month or so ago..April 8thish but havent lost anything. I am kinda of discouraged. I was eating salads and going to the gym but ...nothing.  Now for the past 10 days I have had PMS, water weight, huge food cravings without my little monthly friend showing her lovely face. any sugestions how to get her to go ahead and flow? I feel horrible. And I went to the gym today only after being home with pms for a week. I forced myself today to offset some of the craving eating I have been doing. Well if you are not my twin at least can you tell me what you do in the PMS situation.

I have huge boobs too! I'm a dude though, so I'm afraid I won't make a good twin :(

Except instead of huge boobs, my boobs are A's and my butt is huge instad xD

I'm 5'2" 141  but little boobs.

 

I'm trying to get down to 130..I've already lost 19.

Hi

I'm 5'2" weight 148 with massive 32ff boobs.  Drives me mad, even when I lose weight they don't redce that much.  How old are you Shawnakent?

The PMS situation sounds similar to you too, it's a two week on, two week off cycle of feeling good then feeling bloated.  Drives me mad.

I am 5'2'' 140 pounds, medium frame and ahve size 32 D.  I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds as well.  I can relate to the frustrations of large boobs, they weigh you down.  I am trying to seriously tone up but my motivation is seriously lacking.

im 5'2 158 pounds and with large breasts.. with i'd say 36DD.. like you im not sure because i havent been sized since i weighed 200 pounds (then i was well beyond a 40DD) and now im being too cheap to buy new good bras cuz i still have another 25 pounds to lose. All my weight is in my breasts and belly.. UGh!

 

For the PMS thing i would say make yourself stick to a very strict diet so you are not tempted by the food cravings and crazy ness that comes along with PMS. Plus with me sugars make me feel like crap after the initial greatness of eating the cookie or whatever has worn off, its like getting a hangover haha! This past "round of being a woman" I was actually feeling a little down about my weight loss because i have been trying really hard, so i took another set of pictures to compare to what i looked like a month and a half ago, and even tho i FELT huge and bloated.. i didn't LOOK huge and bloated and can see changes from a month and a half ago so that made me feel better.

I totally sympathize! I'm lugging around a pair of 32 F's.  Struggle.  I'm 5'4" and started on here at 143 lbs, trying to get to 125 (right now am 132!).  Boobs do make it totally hard to work out.  The only way I really seem to manage is wearing TWO sports bras at a time when I do cardio stuff.  Otherwise, someone could seriously lose an eye.  Good luck!!

I am 5'4" 152 lbs and in a 36DD bra. I have dropped from a very tight 38DDD within the last year, partly due to stopping breast feeding. When I am pms-ing, I drink at least one protein shake a day and I mix ground flaxseed with oatmeal. This combination helps to curb my food cravings. I drink only about 16 oz of water on the days that I am retaining water and more on the days when I am not.

I find that taking walks to the park or the store helps me feel better. I don't feel up to doing so much strength training and hard cardio when I am pms-ing, since I would rather lay down. You might try just walking around for an hour or two or move around more on the days when you feel your worst. This works for me but it might not work for you but you can try it and see. I hope this helps or gives you some ideas.
