Between Whipped Cream or Ice Cream.... Ive always wondered: What's worse??

Ounce for ounce, they're pretty much the same.  Occasionally whipped cream will have a little less sugar, but it really depends on who made it.  Whipped cream has more air bubbles, so if you're looking for a big volume of something, then that's the way to go.  I guess it also depends on whether you want something frozen or not.

Whipped cream is just cream... one product.  Good quality ice-cream involves cream, possibly eggs, some sugar and then a flavouring of some kind.   But there's a vast range of poor ice-creams that don't have any real dairy content and are a collection of thickeners, artificial flavourings, colourings and starches.   I'd dodge the latter and enjoy either of the first two in moderation.

Unfortunately, most whipped cream available in the US has lots of sweeteners, stabilizers, and preservatives.  If you make it yourself without sugar, then it's definitely a better choice.
