| hey guys - when i logged on to firefox today, there was an update for the toolbar, which i accepted without realizing that it was only for the 'cc plus' accounts. i'm not interested in a 'plus' account - i don't like 'about', and i'm not interested in all of the advertising that goes along with it. is there a way to revert to the 'old' toolbar? thanks, kadie p.s. - i do understand that as the new site-owner, 'about's goal in life is the advertising, and i mean no disrespect but i am much much more appreciative of the original site. thanks! |

Hi Kadie, Thanks for this feedback. Let me check with Erik and Development and I'll update you tomorrow. Essentially you should be able to revert back to the original. Once I know, I'll update this thread. Regard, Sheila |

Erik has advised me that the FF toolbar still works with classic - it will check to see which site you are currently logged in to and change accordingly. That said, the previous version can be installed here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/policy/0/164 9/6897 |

Sheila, the link you posted goes to the new plus toolbar. I'm having the same problem as the original poster and would like to use the old tool bar. I tried to make the new one work for me, but there are just so many bugs in that I either want to use the old one or none at all. In case you're wondering, I'll list the bugs I'm experiencing: 1) None of the links/buttons open 2) The eat meter and associated login/logout buttons don't appear unless I visit the calorie-count account page |
