Sweet potatoes, broccoli, oatmeal, bananas, blueberries, dark chocolate, walnuts, natural peanut butter, wheat Chex, Luna bars, hummus, olives, pesto, whole wheat pita bread, and soba noodles.
And tons of olive oil on everything!!! xD
Falafel, Hummus, and Pizza.
If there were no calories, fats, stomach aches or constipation then....
Waffles, Chocolate brownies, Ice cream, Peanut butter, Cheez-Its, milkshakes, Cinnamon Pretzels from Auntie Annes, Twix bars, Pop Tarts, Pie, white cake, zesty 3-cheese pizza, And nice hot, white chocolate Macadamia cookies!

edit: and of course there would have to be no such thing as lactose intolerance and saturated fats

You know, I absolutely love the food in my diet so I would probably just eat EVEN LARGER portions of the stuff I already eat now!
**Already I eat HUGE PORTIONS of food (ex: 12 ounces of grass-fed beef or bison in one sitting or 1 whole head of cabbage in a sitting)
* So maybe I would eat like 2 heads of cabbage & 24 ounces of meat?
* When you say Calories Don't Count - Do you ALSO mean - NO STOMACH ACHES involved? HA HA HA!

With real sugary syrup of varying flavors....and honey-roasted almond butter..

I'd still eat what I eat now (I like my health, low fat food damnit!) but I'd also eat...
pancakes, muffins, brownies, cupcakes (I looove making them), biscuits, chocolate, ice cream, banoffee pie (mmmmmm...), pizza, cake, more cake, eclairs, lemon meringe pie, sticky toffee pudding with lots of custard, kinder eggs, liquorice (sp?), hummus, doughnuts, crumpets with real butter, dairy milk bubbly chocolate...
Arg, I have to stop, I'm remembering more and more stuff and it's not helping! xD
Oh, & dark chocolate, oreos with milk, & peanut butter would DEFINITELY find their way in there a lot.
*sigh* no harm in dreaming, I guess.
i would probably eat A LOT of:
guacamole, boca spicy chicken patties, equal exchange dark chocolate, banana bread, carrot cake, peanut butter and bananas, peanut butter and chocolate chips, baked potatoes with margarine, broccoli spears, chives, better than sour cream and fake bacon bits, tater tots, vegan macaroni and cheese with slices of smart dogs, cranberry juice, this squash dish with vegan gravy that my boyfriend's mom makes that's soooo high in fat.
obviously i will eat some of this this stuff occasionally and in a serving size amount. but this is the stuff i like a lot so would probably go overboard on.
p.s. and tons of baked lays! so good!
