im wrapping up my first year of college and i've gained like 10 lbs this year :(

height: 5'3

current weight: 152

goal weight: 140 (april 1) 128 (may 1)

diet goals: lots of water, no dining out, no chocolate or cereal (i have NO self control with these foods so its better that i just cut them out), small portions, healthy choices at cafeteria...

exercise goals: basic strength training exercises (squats/lunges etc) 6 days a week, fitness class once a week, elliptical 3 days a week, stair-climbing 5 days a week, strength training with machines 1 day a week

my goals are a bit high but im trying to shoot for the stars here =)

Sign me up.

I gained about exactly 15 lbs since moving to california 3 years ago and moving in with my boyfriend.

I have the poor habit of "not having time" to cook and eat properly, or having the money to eat better.

I have high demand classes so I would rather work than exercise. I need to learn time management!

diet goals- more water, no soda!, no eating out, eat  more often and better food choices. ( no time equals- in and out being my only mean of the day!) low fat,no BAD carbs, minimal sugar intake.

exercise- 4 times a week at la fitness, looking for a hiking partner around sdsu. cardio and toning.

weight 135 want to get back to 120, and i thought i was a cow then?? wth was my problem? lol. good luck to everyone, hopefully I can stay dedicated to this!
