I'm 5'3" and very muscular build. At my wedding 6 years ago I was 112lbs. and a size 0. I was constantly commented on for looking too thin and I agreed. I like myself best around 120-123, size 3-4. Right now I weigh 131 after just having 2 babies and am a size 4 borderline 5. But i"m shooting for 120 again.
All in all, your build and muscle mass have a lot to do with underweight or overweight. If your body doesn't have a lot of muscle and you are small framed, maybe 95 lbs. would look good on you. When I was your age I was a junior in high school, 5'3" and 93 lbs. I didn't look too skinny for my age.
Healthy is what matters. I look at body fat percentage. I'm a former athlete/coach and think my body fat % should be around 10-14%. Right now it is 26%. So lbs aren't my goal just lowering my body fat percentage and keeping lean muscle mass.
Good luck with your goal!
My goal weight recommended by Calorie Count is 120 pounds, but I'm thinking 130 would be just fine, so that's what I'm shooting for. If I get to that point and decide I really want to try to lose that last ten pounds, then I will.
Currently I'm 151.5 pounds, starting from 222.6 pounds, so I'm thinking I'm doing pretty good.
It seems like everytime I get close to 110, I start eating vast amounts of food including chocolate and chewy candy. I'm not going to give up though because if I did I'd probably wind up 120. The early part of last year I was about 137, and I lost 25.
You're doing great cellulite and your pictures look fantastic!!
bee4, when I was 15, same height as now, 5'2.5, I weighed 105.
90lbs = An extreme underweight goal that sounds like someone with a clear disorder. ED or Body Image Disorder. Either way the goal itself isn't sound. I can't believe more people haven't spoken up on this thread to tell you so. I'm small frame and 5'2 and my doctor told me the least I could weigh in a healthy manner would be 98lbs, along with a warning that I may not be happy at that weight. Due to the fact I'd probably lose my breast, since they're made up of fat. Small frame or not I'm calling you out here. It's against guidelines to help or encourage people to reach their anorexic goals. I suggest you reevaluate yours.
It isn't a healthy goal regardless of how you attempt to justify it to others or yourself.

I'm 5'3", 241 lbs and my goal weight is 150 lbs, 135 lbs eventually. 90 lbs at 5'3" is underweight and just as unhealthy as being overweight. You're already at a healthy weight.
I'm similar to you in goals, I'm 5'3" and 249 and my goal weight is 150 and maybe 135 but I'll be content at 150 with some good muscle tone :)
