| they announced on news today that Campbells is cutting the sodium in soups, especially those targeted for kids.
Good. Wish more foods were lower sodium. recently checked and even their low sodium soups were too high for me. And I used to love Campbells soups. |

| I'm eating soup for lunch every day. The calorie count is perfect. I've never understood the big deal with sodium. Ignorance I suppose. | ||

| Considering that they already have low sodium options, I think this is a respectable proactive (and admittedly, public relations friendly) move on their part. I did soup for lunch for some time - despite so much liquid, it actually was very filling considering the size allotment of a can that would come in under or around 300 calories. | ||

If Campbells is still too salty, try Healthy Choice. After I started eating HC, Campbells seemed like a salt lick! |
