How often do you weigh yourself?

Every day, once a week, or some other frequency?  And why?

I weigh myself every day.  As soon as I am awake I remember, oh!  I can go check.  Laughing So I hop out of bed, I go to the bathroom and then I check.
every day im addicted to scales
I weigh every morning but I also measure myself every third day or so, because numbers aren't that accurate, measurements are
Once a week at the gym. I don't want to become obsessed and have my mood every morning be dependent on the scale. Also, if I had a scale at home I'd probably weigh myself more often in the day.
i weigh daily, after going to the bathroom before i shower. IMO, it's ok to do this as long as you understand that fluctuations happen, and don't necessarily mean you've gained actual weight. weighing each day keeps me on track.
Once every four weeks.
I weigh daily, first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom.  I don't look at the daily weight so much as the trend line and its direction.

I've been weighing myself once a day, first thing in the morning, for about 40 years.  If my weight starts to creep up, I cut back on my calorie intake for a few days in order to prevent a rapid weight gain.
I weigh myself everyday on most weeks.....I shouldn't have done it this week because its TTOM and I was bloated and retaining water.....I had no loss and felt kind of down because of it. You just have to understand the fluctuations and don't let them get you down.
Normally weekly, but right now I’m at 150 and keep running to the scale to see if I have hit 149.

I only weigh myself once a week. I used to weigh myself everyday or almost everyday and get into a rut for the day if I did not see the scale budge a bit or go up. With weighing myself once a week I have a more accurate calculation of how the week went instead of beating myself up from what I could have done better the day before.

I weigh myself almost every day in the morning after going to the bathroom.  My weight goes up and down from day to day by pound or less usually.  I know this is normal and I don't think "oh my gosh I gained 1 lb yesterday!" but instead decide to be extra good and not splurge today. Oddly I seem to weigh the least Thursday morning.  What I track on here is what ever my lowest weight is which is looking at the better side of the fluctuations but anyway that lowest weight is slowly getting lower.  I'm too forgetful to do it once a week.  After not weighing in for 6 days I'd probably forget till like the middle of the next week.

I weigh myself daily. Right when I get up after potty-break. It really doesn't matter when you weigh yourself  I've read just make it the same time when you do. I do it at 30 a.m. everyday except Sunday. I see it up and down a pound and I know that's normal. I stopped doing this and I ended up gaining back 16 pounds. I think it helps me stay better on track seeing those numbers everyday right in my face.
I weigh daily.  After waking up, going potty, and kissing Alex good-bye I'll hop on the scale to see where I'm at.  If I see a shocking weight drop, chances are I need to drink a lot of water before I have breakfast, but if it's around a pound or two down, I consider that to be my normal weight loss.
I weigh myself once a week on wednesdays after pee pee and poopies, and sometimes after the shower. I like it this way so I dont obsess, have something to look forward too, and usually get a good indication if the week went good or bad..
every day, to catch any gain before it gets out of hand.
Once a week. I used to do it every day, but the fluctuations were driving me crazy, and I was getting a wee bit obsessive over the whole thing.  Once I've lost what I need to and am maintaining, I plan to go back to the daily routine, just so I can stop any weight from creeping back before it starts!

If I don't exercise in the morning before work, then I weigh myself right away in the morning (every day!) after I go to the bathroom. If I do exercise, I weigh myself after a glass of water and the exercise. I have a scale that measures body fat, so the water makes a difference in the fat percentage. I record my weight and body fat every day. I know it sounds pretty obsessive, but it does help keep me going!

Once a week, on Monday mornings. That way I make sure not to splurge over the weekend :)

I weigh once or twice a week. I count my Friday weigh in as my "official" one but sometimes I'll hop on the scales another day of the week. Not every week, just if the urge hits to get on them. LOL
