| Do I have to enter each food item individually for each day, or can I copy a group of items (say all of breakfast) from one day to the next? Thanks | ||

I don't think you can copy and paste.
What I do is after I enter something I'll tag it. Then the next day when I'm having the same thing I'll just go to the tagged items. It's the simplist way I've found. |

I eat virtually the same breakfast every morning so I tagged all these item with a code--109. When you click on these tagged "foods" and then click the arrow, all are added to your food log at one time. The only problem is that you have to be sure that the portions added are what you eat--sometimes you will have to "adda food" yourself--such as milk is usually in 1 cup portions--you make your own 2 cup entry, code it 109--and the right portion is added. good luck |
