I found you! I'll be here to weigh in on Saturday. Any particulars on how you want us to post? I mean...do you want us to list goal weight, starting weight, current weight and amount of loss/gain ?
you can post all of that if you want to. however, i really just need your current weight and amount of loss/gain. :)

I was 186lbs
Am now 177lbs so a loss of 9lbs!

Unfortunately, I didn't loose anything this week according to the scale. My start weight and current weight are 214.
It is my time of month so I think that is affecting my numbers a little but I'm not sure how much.
Hoping for better numbers next week.

Jan. 5, 2007: 186.4 #, for a gain of 1.8 # this week
Not worried, as I lost too much last week, and my weight fluctuates anyway.
However, I suspect I've been lax on weighing food...a new scale is coming, as well as an apparatus to slice bread evenly. I also plan to delete some tags and add some new ones, which should be more accurate.
So AfricaLover, what do you think of the situation in Kenya? Deplorable...I don't think things will ever improve unless the imposed colonial "national" borders are erased.
But as for our favorite Kenyan (at least descent)... WOW! I've got real hope for the first time in over seven years. I just hope he doesn't meet the same fate as Waterstone and "John-John".....
hasta (goal 125) W1: 139 , Today: 139.6 TTOM so hopefully that accounts for at least one of the pounds that just won't budge. I haven't excercised in the past several days. Gotta work on that if I really expect to get results. The weather is warmer today and will continue tomorrow, so that should help me get out and about. I'm such a homebody.
