  • Montana Grill's bison tenderloin filet

Any 8 oz steak with some steamed veggies and a dry sweet potato on the side. Not particularly low cal, but not terrible either.

souplantation!!! :)

the fruit &yougurt parfait @mcdonalds (yea, its my meal)

veggie delight @subway

Grilled tilapia, baked potato, veggies (no butter), and a salad from Red Lobster!
I went to a restaurant in Sussex NB a few weeks ago (can't remember the name) but I had the spinach salad and it was delicious!!

Also there's a spicy tomato soup at a local Indian restaurant is to die for. Mmm

Panera:  Vegetarian black bean soup and 1/2 classic cafe salad, with fat free viniagrette.

Applebee's weight watcher's menu is good, as is Friday's low fat selections.

There's a local restaurant that serves a wonderful spinach salad with grilled salmon - it's amazing.

Ruby Tuesday - salad bar!! Stay away from the premade salads though. And either bring your own dressing, keep the dressing on the side (and use sparingly) or go with the balsamic or light ranch.

Subway - Veggie delight w. apple slices = yummy!! Chilis guiltless grill chicken sand meal - beans are so good & only 490 cals. I love the fruit and walnut salad from McDonalds - its the only thing i can eat from there! Last treat is a turkey sub from Firehouse Subs - if any of you have one near u, u know what Im talking about -  they are sooo good!!!!

Oh, oh! And I forgot the LightHouse menu at Red Lobster... Tilapia and wild rice, Mmmm... and only 450 calories for the tilapia, rice, veggies, and a side salad - very filling, very yummy.
wheat linguine with marinara sauce from Olive garden. I am a major pasta girl, and the 450 calorie meal is amazing.  I am a true itallian at heart and I could live off of pasta. that with the salad (no olive, crutons or dressing) would feed me for 2 meals.

Chili from wendy's. it is super filling, cheap, and is not bad health wise beacause it has a ton of veggies and beans in it along with the meat. it is so good.
ha i don't eat healthily when i go to out to eat, we never go out for food so when we do i'm not gonna stop enjoying my favourite meals regardless of their calorie content.
I rarely go out to eat anymore because quite honestly I would prefer cooking my own food, but when I do go out .. I love Applebee's. Like many of the previous posters have said, Applebee's has really great tasting dinners on their weight watchers menu. I really like the Cajun Lime Tilapia. It is really filling and I always feel satisfied without the guilt after eating it.
veggie burger no bun with grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onions salad with dressing on the side
omg-hands down PANERA--the asian chicken salad!!! I ate it all the time and order it w/o the wonton strips--I found out even w/ the regular dressing (which is apparently lower-sugar) the full size was less than 350 cals! It's Delisshhhhhhh-It's really putting a dent in my waller tho:P
