It sounds fine. Many boys your age eat WAY more.
absolutely NOT! You'd be surprised how much energy it takes just to keep a young, teenage body just functioning! I mean, think about it, your body has to heat you, run your all your organs, and a whole bunch of other stuff...not to mention you prolly have a high metabolism b/c you're so young and you're body is still growing. Besides everything you ate is super healthy and good for you anyways. I wouldn't be worried at all, it seems that you've got the eating healthy/appropriate amount thing down!
Doesn't sound like alot at all. It also sounds very healthy. :)

Thanks Guys, But i'm wondering if I should eat "Diet" food also, such as slim-a-bear"Only 100 cals a bar"?
Only eat diet food if you like the taste of it.
Don't waste your money on diet foods.  You're making good choices.

I like sweets sometimes though, any recomendations?
Do you really need to eat processed sweets? I find that bananas and grapes are sweet enough.. But if you want have candy I really think you're best eating small portions of the real stuff, not fat-free sugar-free chemical-laden things.

Alright, I was also wondering if its alright to a majority of snacks at Night before bed, does it matter?
I try to eat the majority of my food earlier in the day but it all comes down to calories in vs. calories out so it really doesn't matter when you eat.

So, there's no sweet with any nutrition value that i can replace with a fruit once or twice a week?

Protein bars. Although they're kind of expensive.
Your body is probably very happy with you for all the healthy nutrients you gave it.

Your heart, lungs, brain, etc. are working hard every day.  They all say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You are doing great.

btw i have a guy friend who eats like a licensed psychopath (lol)

& he doesnt gain. i think its mostly cause he is active walks alot & all.some teenage boys can eat up to 4000 cals. so really your doing just great! listen to your body

real cacoa-based dark chocolate. 60% or higher is optimal. it has flavanol antioxidants.

&maybe soy pudding? you can make some by yourself. just melt the dark chocolate & mix it with silken tofu. tofu is only a buck on sale. 1.50 if no on sale. but yea i would say those are the best to go with ;) although prunes taste like junk food to me. maybe you could try that too

Yogurt!! It is amazing for you! Yoplait Light has 18 different flavors from fruity to dessert like with 0 g of fat and 6 g of protien for each one. the flavors are....

Apple Turnover
Apricot Mango
Banana Cream Pie
Berries 'N Cream
Blackberry
Blueberry Patch
Boston Cream Pie
Harvest Peach
Key Lime Pie
Lemon Cream Pie
Orange Crème
Red Raspberry
Strawberries 'N Bananas
Strawberry
Strawberry Orange Sunrise
Very Cherry
Very Vanilla
White Chocolate Strawberry

 highlighted are my favorites

I doubt there's any good nutrition for you when it comes to candy, which is why I eat frozen yogurt and fruits. But if I have to have a candy, I get York's Mint Patties... One has very low calories and 3g of fat, so it's deff. not as bad as all the other candy out there...
