Where are you based?

I use nutralife womens body shape protein powder. Strawberry flavour is pretty good, especially compaired to most protein shakes. I live in NZ (you can buy it online though i think)

I drink AdvantEDGE Lite for 110 cals. Very satisfying, I think 17g Protein? There's also Myoplex Lite, 170 cals. You can get all of them at HEB!

I just tried a High Protein Shake for the very first time and I actually loved it. I ordered some "sample" packs from a company called "Unjury". I chose the "Strawberry Sorbet" flavor for my first one! In my handy little "magic bullet" I put in 1/2 banana, 3 med. fresh/frozen strawberry's, 1/4 c egg substitute, 2 Tbls of nonfat yogurt, the 1 oz packet of Unjury and 6 ice cubes ... turned it on till the sound changes from "chunky to smooth" and voila! Thick, rich and creamy! Looks great, smells yummy and tastes absolutely fantastic! It's been about twenty minutes and I feel full and don't have that really nasty aftertaste that so often comes with this kind of stuff. The packet says 20g protein, 0g fat, 3g of carbs and 100 calories .... add that to the fruit, egg substitute and yogurt and it was a full 28g protein, 0g fat, 10g carbs and 160 calories! Now I'm good to go till lunch! www.unjury.com , try it, you'll like it!

i'm using cytograiner (GNC) in chocolate mint shake

very soluble, very minty not a lot of chocolate flavor in there ... sort of like drinking a liquid after eight mint hehe

was previously on EAS Chocolate which got chalky and gross tasting real fast
