Ok so i will start........

I am Chris i am 31 years old will be 32 on june 5th. I have 3 kids!!  I signed on here april 17th and I LOVE THIS SITE!! I have met alot of amazing people who are on here with great support!!  i have lost 10 pounds and 19 1/2 inches woooooohoooo!!  Still have about 80 to lose, but i am on my way!!!

as far as a team name........i am clueless right at this second!!  So i need lots of ideas and then we can all vote on it!!!

Hey team! My name is Katie. I am 21 years old and graduating from college on father's day w/ my BA in psychology. I really wanted to lose weight so I wasn't graduating at over 230 pounds. I started in january at 235 adn I'm currently down to 215. I'm hoping to lose another 10 by the graduation. I want to be down to 190 by the end of the challenge.

I am also training for a triathlon which will take place on Sep 8. I am training w/ Team In Training. We raise money for teh Leukemia &  Lymphoma society adn do the race in honor of people who have suffered from these diseases. Today we had our kickoff and the parents of a baby whose story inspired thousands of people to register w/ teh bone marrow registry. He unfortunately lost his battle w/ the disease and we are kind of dedicating this season to him and wearing pins w/ his picture to remind us why we are doing this. so I'm hoping that this training will really help me get the weight comning off faster!

dances, even though this is a competition, it is also for encouragement. thsi thread is meant for OUR team to encourage each other. if you wnat to pester peopel do it in the general thread. that's my take on it at least.

I just wanted to introduce myself I am 25 and current 182 would like to get my weight down to 160 before the end of the summer. ANd hopefully can get down to 150 before my b-day in november.

I wish everyone the best with reaching there goals and how we can all help each other.

Hi guys YAY for team 4!! sorry i wasnt on yesterday my lil brother graduated soooooooo we were there all day!! 

Ok for our first week the challange is walking!!!  So lets all try for a 30 min walk a day!!!

Ha Ha just me again!!!  I had such a crazy busy weekend i am getting everything organized right now for our WONDERFUL team!!

Ok so fridays we will weigh in.....that will give me plenty of time to get everything to nycolea by sunday!!! 

As for the walking challenge, we can log it right here daily if u like and i will keep track, or u can give me ur totals and weight loss on friday!!!  We can do it both ways as well if some dont post on here here daily then they can give it to me at the end of the week!!

Ok so that is it for now!!!

Hi TEAM 4!!! 

I do not have access to a computer on Sunday's but here I am.  8)

I am 28 will be 29 very soon....Wow how age just creeps up on you.  Yikes...I am only 5'1" and weigh 145.  My goal is 119.  I run about four 5K's a year.  They all are for different charities and each of them mean a lot to me.  So if anyone lives in the Pittsburgh area and would like to join me some time let me know.

As for a team name.....health4life....let me know what you think!!

ooo i like health4life. That one's very true to what we are doing!

and chris I think nycolea changed this week's challenge to cardio. So any 30 minutes of cardio will count, but I think walking will count as cardio, at least I'm counting it for cardio!
