I just devoured some canned Spicy Vegetarian Black Bean Chili from Health Valley.  It was delicious!  Of course, it probably only was because I added a ton of my own spices to the can, but I am definitely feeling satisfied!

 

What are some of your favorite canned soups?

I LIVE on Cambell's soup- Italian wedding, beef veggie or classic (not creamy!) tomato with added spinach and cheese.  No other way to have a filling under-200 cal meal.

What spices do you add?? I've been wanting to get a good vegetable chili :)

The oversized can has 120 calories total and includes black beans and corn so there some bulk to the vegs.

Its all about the taste and for someone who doesnt spicy, it is delish!  It has a bit but good, non burn one. 

If the store is sold out - sorry, I must have beat you to them.  Always keep it on hand.

llliiinnnzzz, I also used to be a fan of Campbells Italian wedding with those mini meatballs but hadnt had it for a while.

Oh yes, italian wedding soup is GREAT.....mmmmmmm

I also like Campbells Fiesta Vegetable..  I also like cream of mushroom but its not healthy

I don't eat many canned soups, but I love Progresso lentil soup. There's a regular version and a 99 percent fat free version. I usually eat it with some brown rice and hot sauce mixed in, and add a little shredded cheese to the top sometimes too.

My favorite is Amy's cream of tomato. It goes with anything for lunch.

Anyone have any good chili recommendations?

Another fan of Progresso light. They're coming out with so many different kinds too. Of course they're loaded with sodium, but they're GREAT for a "snack" if you're having one of those hungry days where your stomach just won't quit growling. :)

My favorite is the vegetable noodle.
