Hi, I'm new to this forum and just signed up yesterday.
I'm looking for online buddies to keep me on track. I love the calorie counting feature this website offers - that way I have a clue what I'm consuming.
Weight loss has always been very hard for me. I love working out, but it doesn't come off easy. I have a tendency to skip meals because I'm busy but then make up for it with junk. Not a good lifestyle - at all.
The rest of the time I eat quite healthy - love all the good fruits and force myself to eat raw veggies almost every day.
I'm totally looking for weight loss buddies to keep me on track - and also with my work outs. I do a fair bit of cardio, but hardly any strength training - which I'm just starting.
I have an Eliptical which I love and quite a few workout DVD's. The ones I've been using the most lately is Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs. I like them - funny though, like walking for dummies type of thing . . .

I've developed a new passion for workout dvds too! I've been doing a pilates one lately, it came with a rubber band and everything for cool strength exercises! I also love to play ddr, sometimes I'll play for like 2hours straight! My main thing now is that I need to do more cardio though and it's really hard because it's been so hot here, I'm afraid to go outside!
