I ate super bad today and I can't find how many calories...

Does anybody know the calorie information of the following:
* Pesto Bread Sticks (3) from Mary's Pizza Shack
* Slice of Calzone (1) from Mary's Pizza Shack
* One half of a Turkey Sandwich from Subway
(on wheat, with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mustard)

Does it really matter? On days I overeat, I don't need to know the exact #, I just know it's high. Take a deep breath, remember how good that bad food tasted and get back on the wagon. Don't focus on the numbers you can no longer change, focus on the ones in the days to come.

I know that you can look up the sandwich on Subway's website.  As for the other things, I would find something similar to them on cc and do a rough estimate.

i don't know the exact size of everything, so i'm not certain, but about 700-900 probably.
